Key Responsibilities:

• Medication Processing: Process medication orders, reconcile prescriptions, and ensure accurate billing and compliance with SOPs.

• Automation Management: Oversee automated dispensing systems, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal efficiency.

• Customer Service: Provide professional and courteous service to patients, handle inquiries, and assist with medication counseling.

• Inventory Management: Ensure accurate stock levels, perform cycle counts, and maintain proper storage conditions.

• Clinical Support: Assist pharmacists with patient counseling and support medication management in inpatient and outpatient settings.

• Security: Ensure the security of pharmacy stock and sensitive information.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/ Degree in pharmacy, pharmaceutical science, healthcare-related, or science-related fields.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized.
