Job summary

A leading company in healthcare is seeking a qualified Pharmacist to provide accurate medication dispensing and education. The role includes reviewing medications, supervising staff, assisting in clinical education, and participating in research activities. Successful candidates will hold a Pharmacy degree and be SPC registered.

Job description

Job Scope:

• Provide safe and accurate medication dispensing and comprehensive medication education to patients and caregivers
• Perform medication reviews and interventions to prevent and/or resolve drug-related problems with appropriate therapeutic recommendations to enable safe and cost-effective medication therapy
• Assist in the supervision of pharmacy technicians/assistants in routine patient care activities in outpatient pharmacy
• Assist in the clinical education of students, trainees, healthcare professionals, and/or pharmacy technicians/assistants
• Participate in research and/or quality improvement activities in collaboration with relevant stakeholders

Job requirements:

• Min. Degree in Pharmacy (or equivalent)
• SPC Registered or Registerable with SPC
