Salary: up to $4000

Working Days & Hours: Mon-Fri Office Hours, half Sat

Location: Novena

Job Description:

• Provide safe and accurate medication dispensing and comprehensive medication education to patients and caregivers

• Perform medication reviews and interventions to prevent and/or resolve drug-related problems with appropriate therapeutic recommendations to enable safe and cost-effective medication therapy

• Assist in the supervision of pharmacy technicians/assistants in routine patient care activities in outpatient pharmacy

• Assist in the clinical education of, trainees, healthcare professionals, and/or pharmacy technicians/assistants

• Participate in research and/or quality improvement activities in collaboration with relevant stakeholders

Job Requirements: Min Degree in Pharmacy & VALID AHPC
