We are seeking for a dynamic and adaptable Registered Pharmacist to join our clients growing team, a unique opportunity that blends strategic business development with hands-on quality assurance responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

Business Development

• Lead initiatives to ensure excellent customer satisfaction and revenue returns
• Explore and evaluate new business opportunities, markets, and customer needs
• Develop sales proposals and offers aligned with regulatory frameworks
• Cultivate long-term partnerships with clients and strategic suppliers
• Partner with cross-functional teams to qualify suppliers and align product strategies

Quality Assurance & Regulatory Affairs

• Review and approve technical documentation and quality agreements
• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of quality systems per GDP standards
• Approve and manage the release process of therapeutic products into inventory
• Maintain comprehensive quality records, including SOPs and COAs
• Act as the main point of contact for quality-related discussions with suppliers and manufacturers

Strategic Sourcing

• Continuously assess and onboard qualified suppliers to meet evolving business needs
• Ensure all sourcing partners meet legal, regulatory, and internal quality criteria
• Work closely with various business units to support supplier evaluation and improvement efforts

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Science or related discipline.
• Registered Pharmacist in Singapore (Mandatory)
• Candidates with prior experience in the distribution of therapeutic products are highly advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset
• Willingness to take on both Business Development and QA responsibilities
• Adaptable and willing to support various cross-functional activities
