Job summary

Fleischhacker LLP recherche un professionnel passionné pour développer une stratégie de croissance dans le domaine de la distribution de produits thérapeutiques. Le candidat idéal possédera un diplôme en pharmacie et sera un pharmacien enregistré à Singapour. Ils seront responsables de l'établissement de relations à long terme avec les clients, de la recherche de nouveaux marchés et de la gestion de la qualité des produits. Une expérience préalable est préférée mais n'est pas obligatoire.

Job description

Job Responsibilities:

Business Development:

• Develop a growth strategy focused on both financial gain and customer satisfaction.

• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.

• Prepare sales-related documents and offers, ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.

• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

Sourcing:

• Ensure suppliers are legally approved and authorized to supply products.

• Source and qualify new suppliers from time to time.

• Discuss with potential partners on possible collaboration and positioning in projects.

Quality:

• Review and approve of technical agreements which include subcontracted activities according to quality standards.

• Ensure an effective quality system is implemented and maintained according to GDP standards.

• Prepare, maintain and review quality-related documents and records.

• Work on the approval of therapeutic products in accordance with established SOPs.

• Release incoming therapeutic products into stock through checking of COAs and other established QC procedures as per SOP.

• Communicate and follow up closely with the manufacturers and/or suppliers for quality related matters.

Requirements:

• Degree in Pharmacy or related discipline.

• Candidates with prior knowledge and/or experience in the distribution of therapeutic products are preferred.

• Has to be a Registered Pharmacist in Singapore.

• Candidates with no prior experience but have the passion to pursue a career in this industry may apply.
