Job summary

Singapore National Eye Centre is seeking a Pharmacist to deliver quality dispensing and clinical pharmaceutical care in outpatient settings. You will conduct medication reviews and provide anticoagulation and other services to patients, while offering drug information to healthcare professionals.

The role requires strong communication and the ability to work independently. Regular and contract positions are available to suit different needs.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Pharmacy degree and be registered with the Singapore Pharmacy Council.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality dispensing service and pharmaceutical care.
• Deliver outpatient pharmacy services (e.g., medication review service, anticoagulation service) to patients.
• Provide drug counseling and share drug information with healthcare professionals; address public queries.
