Job summary

ANTAES ASIA PTE. LTD. is seeking a batch manufacturing professional to support life science projects. You will execute batch instructions, verify recipes in POMS/DeltaV, and ensure compliance with predefined procedures while actively pursuing process improvements.

The role requires a Nitec or Diploma in Chemistry or related field and 2+ years in a GxP environment, with a 12-hour rotating shift. Strong English communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Nitec in Chemistry/Chemical Engineering/Science or equivalent.
• 2+ years pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical experience in Quality and/or Compliance (GxP).
• Able to work a 12-hour rotating shift (Day/Night).
• Strong organizational, written and spoken English skills.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to Life Science projects for Antaes Asia clients.
• Execute batch manufacturing instructions per defined procedures and training.
• Ensure batch execution adheres to critical process steps and flawless execution.
• Provide input on process improvements to meet targets and manufacturing excellence.
• Perform technical verification of batch-related recipes and documents.
• Participate in design of manufacturing recipes in DCS and support digitalization projects.
• Maintain a safe work environment per EHS policies and participate in risk assessments.
