Job summary

ALS TECHNICHEM (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is hiring a chemist to prepare samples and standards for analysis and perform pharmaceutical analyses of raw materials using EP, USP, FCC, JSQI, JSCI, ACS, and in-house methods. You will operate and maintain instrumentation and ensure documentation meets quality, work and HSE procedures.

The role requires a degree in Pharmacy or Chemistry, strong regulatory knowledge, and the ability to work independently under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Degree/Master in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related field.
• Strong working knowledge of regulatory compliance standards.
• Good analytical skills and ability to work independently.
• High attention to detail under tight deadlines.
• Able to start work on short notice preferred.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of samples and standards for analysis.
• To carry out pharmaceutical analyses of raw materials using EP, USP, FCC, JSQI, JSCI, ACS as well as in-house methods.
• Operation and maintenance of instrumentation.
• Maintenance of relevant documentation.
• Any other duties as assigned when required.
• Ensure all works and reporting of results are in accordance with Quality, Work and HSE procedures and requirements.
