Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Technician to support pharmaceutical operations in Singapore. You will handle inventory, storage, dispensing, documentation, and ensure GMP/GDP compliance and safety throughout warehouse functions.

Responsibilities include receiving, storing, stock control, and coordinating with transport teams to meet delivery timelines. Prior experience in pharma logistics is an advantage and forklift/reach truck certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum secondary school education or relevant certificate.
• Forklift and reach truck certification preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Able to perform manual handling and warehouse-related duties.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Prior experience in warehouse, logistics, or pharmaceutical operations is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming pharmaceutical products against delivery documents.
• Store products in designated locations and maintain organized stock.
• Update inventory records upon receipt to ensure accuracy.
• Perform regular stock counts and reconcile inventory.
• Monitor expiry dates and rotate stock to minimize waste.
• Ensure storage conditions meet GMP/GDP and safety standards.
• Prepare items for local distribution and coordinate with transport teams.
• Dispense materials for production and support temperature mapping activities.
• Maintain cleanliness in dispensing areas and documentation for audits.
