Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Quality Operations support role to review GxP records for manufacturing steps, ensuring specifications are met and deviations are investigated to support batch release.

You will perform quality walkdowns, administer records in LMS/DMS, issue MBRs, coordinate labels, support LIMS, and identify process improvements. Collaboration with cross‑functional teams will drive CAPA actions and uphold the Quality Management System.

Qualifications

• Min Nitec/ Diploma in Science.
• Immediate start with 1 year commitment.

Responsibilities

• Review GxP records for critical process steps to support batch release.
• Perform quality walkdowns in operational areas including cleanrooms.
• Administer GxP records and samples in LMS/DMS, including retention and destruction.
• Issue MBRs, coordinate label printing, and support LIMS activities.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Support CAPA implementation and monitor quality objectives.
• Investigate customer complaints and trend data; escalate when needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
