Recruit Express Pte Ltd is hiring a QA Technician for a pharma MNC in the West, on a 1-year training-provided contract. The role focuses on reviewing GxP records to ensure specifications are met and deviations are investigated for batch release across Compounding, Filling and Packaging.

You will perform quality walkdowns in cleanrooms, administer GxP records in Learning and Document Management Systems, issue Manufacturing Batch Records, coordinate label printing, and support LIMS activities

Qualifications

• GxP records review to ensure specs are met.
• Investigate deviations and anomalies for batch release.
• Maintain and administer GxP records in DMS/LIMS.
• Prepare MBRs and support label printing and CAPA.

Responsibilities

• Review GxP records for critical steps to ensure specifications are met.
• Investigate exceptions, deviations, and critical alarms; support batch release.
• Perform quality walkdowns in cleanrooms to provide oversight.
• Manage GxP records, samples, approvals, and retention per policy.
• Issue MBRs, coordinate label printing, and support LIMS activities.
• Identify improvements and support CAPA implementations.
• Assist with customer complaint investigations and trending.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams as required.
