Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or Science with a major in Chemistry.
• Strong process engineering knowledge and technical capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work across cultures and in teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead product manufacturing campaigns from start of production to release of material.
• Coordinate New Product Introduction (NPI) technical transfer with risk assessment and mitigation.
• Develop Manufacturing Instructions and SOPs; maintain process control system recipes/models.
• Investigate and troubleshoot quality and EHS issues observed during manufacturing or batch review.
• Train technicians and fellow engineers on processes and procedures.
• Monitor and implement robust improvements in processes and equipment.
