Job summary

No deviation is a pharmaceutical-focused consultancy expanding its manufacturing footprint in Singapore. We seek a Process Engineer to support introduction, qualification, and commercialization of new products, ensuring readiness and compliance across manufacturing operations.

You will collaborate with Quality, Supply Chain, Production, Engineering, and Regulatory teams, coordinating PQ activities, document development, and MES system setup to enable smooth product transfers and launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related discipline.
• 2–5 years in manufacturing, process engineering, tech transfer or PQ environments.
• Experience with MES systems, BOM management, and manufacturing documentation preferred.
• Knowledge of GMP, quality systems and manufacturing validation processes is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assess QC buffer requirements and feasibility for Singapore production.
• Evaluate process capabilities and equipment fit for local production implementation.
• Coordinate PQ activities and manage raw material requests for qualification runs.
• Develop and maintain Production Instructions and Bills of Materials.
• Configure MES, verify master data, and support MES-related issues during implementation.
