[Pharma MNC] Production Project Coordinator (Up to 3K) @ Redhill #HJC

Job Description:

The coordination of activities required to complete the pre-production elements of project execution. To become the main point of contact and the link between Project Management and Operations in all Secondary Packaging activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Plan and prioritize the pre-production aspects of packaging clinical trial supplies, including:

• Creation of accurate pack designs reflecting client needs and GMP requirements.
• Ensuring appropriate QIFs are raised when final pack designs differ from the original contract.

Procure required packaging components, label stock, and equipment from approved vendors in a timely manner to meet production timelines.

Work closely with the Project Management team to understand project requirements and ensure all client documentation, such as label approvals, is received and approved promptly.

Coordinate with the Centre of Excellence for Label Printing (SCH) to set up new labels within the Clinicopia system and organize local label printing jobs.

Set up packaging configurations and jobs within the Global Scan Assembly system.

Create accurate packaging and labeling documentation to meet client needs and GMP regulations, including Label Print Forms (LPFs) and Batch Records (both automated via SupplyFlex and manual).

Prepare example packs and blinding samples in line with SOPs.

Identify and implement improvements in cost, quality, service, and safety within pre-production.

Continuously seek and deliver improvement actions to enhance team performance.

Review and approve documentation prepared by team members.

Ensure all work complies with current GMP and health and safety standards.

Perform any other duties as assigned.
