[Pharma MNC] Logistics / Inventory Operation Specialist (Strong in Warehouse Operations) Up 3.5K #HJC

Position summary
This role focuses on coordinating transportation, optimizing inventory flow, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, carriers, and customers to meet delivery timelines and service-level agreements (SLAs). Ensures the accuracy and cost-effective movement of goods within the supply chain, supporting sales and service distribution operations.

Warehouse Operations

• Prepare and complete all internal and external customer orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule in a timely manner. Ensure that goods are properly labelled, packed/wrapped, loaded, and shipped/delivered.
• Handover of non-inventory items such as defective items for repair, brochures, price lists, service tools, etc., to the respective division personnel.
• Receive, inspect, and check incoming shipments and allocate to proper locations within the warehouse such as racking/bin, quarantine, or inspection areas.
• Perform all system updates (SAP ERP/WMS/TMS) as required.
• Conduct monthly cycle counts and annual inventory stock counts to maintain accuracy.
• Complete diary logs on warehouse operations and report discrepancies monthly.
• Maintain quality service standards, comply with procedures, rules, and regulations. Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.
• Ensure all lifting and maneuvering of products adhere to manual handling procedures and health, safety, and environmental requirements.

Logistics Operations

• Ensure transportation is managed timely and orders are correctly delivered to warehouses or destinations.
• Handover of non-inventory items as in warehouse operations.
• Prepare equipment, accessories, spare parts for shipment as per instructions from Order Fulfillment or Customer Service.
• Ensure all import/export paperwork is in place, coordinating with preferred shipping companies.
• Liaise with freight forwarders on shipments.

Other duties

• Coordinate closely with 3PL warehouses and transportation companies for inbound and outbound shipments and customer orders.
• Manage and maintain 5S warehouse standards and suggest improvements to enhance productivity and quality.
• Maintain ISO standards in storage areas, organize space, and suggest improvements.
• Follow SEA SOPs and work instructions, recommending efficiencies.
• Be available to rotate within the Supply Chain Team as needed.
• Perform other duties as directed by the Logistics Team Leader.

Education / Professional Certification

• At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in warehouse and transportation.
• 1-3 years of experience in supply chain preferred.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Meticulous, process-driven, compliant with regulations and audits.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Knowledge in SharePoint is an advantage.
