Jobscope

Role Purpose: The Analyst holds a regional role and is responsible for Post Market Surveillance Analysis and Supplier Performance Reporting. He/ she is to maintain the quality management system to meet requirements, relevant quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

Job Functions:

• Supplier Management
• a) Supplier Performance Trending & Reporting for APAC
• b) IQVIA system Quality administrator for APAC

Quality Management System

• a) Collate & deep-dive analysis of APAC Post-Market Quality data trending for regular review with stakeholders and leadership team.
• b) Document & BOM configuration change author.

Other incidental duties: Implement continuous improvement program or projects assigned by the manager.

Required Education/Skills/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required. Engineering degree is preferred.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in a medical device, healthcare, or related environment.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, Power BI, and Minitab.
