Job summary

Manpower Singapore is seeking a Digital Shopfloor Systems Specialist (Pharma IT-OT) to drive delivery and improvement of digital solutions in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. This 12-month contract role is based in Tuas and offers exposure to MES, Historian, and IT-OT system integration.

The candidate will lead project and process management initiatives, handle incident and change management, and bring deep expertise in MES, ERP, and data historian platforms within a GxP-compliant

Qualifications

• Project management and process management experience.
• Incident management and change management expertise.
• Expertise on MES solutions.
• Expertise on ERP solutions.
• Expertise on Data Historian.
• Experience with IIoT platform and plant connectivity.
• Knowledge on system architecture.
• Knowledge on Quality processes such as GxP qualification.
• Experience in Pharma industry – Vaccines, Biologic products, Manufacturing Environment, GxP compliance.
