Advanced Manufacturing Tech Solutions PTE. LTD. (AMTSOL) seeks an experienced Aveva PI Specialist to lead the deployment, administration, and optimization of Aveva PI historian systems in pharmaceutical manufacturing settings.

The role requires 6-12 years in pharma/life sciences, strong PI system integration, compliance, and Pharma 4.0 initiatives, with the ability to mentor engineers and coordinate IT/OT teams across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Aveva PI expertise in pharma manufacturing.
• Experience deploying multi-site PI deployments and migrations.
• GMP/FDA/EMA/MHRA regulatory knowledge and data integrity focus.
• Strong cross-functional communication and mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Aveva PI historian systems.
• Develop and maintain PI AF models, PI Vision dashboards, and PI DataLink reports.
• Integrate PI with MES, DeltaV, PLC, and SCADA systems.
• Automate tasks with PowerShell, C#, or Python; enable Pharma 4.0 analytics.
• Ensure audit readiness, data integrity, and SDLC alignment.
