Job summary

Advanced Manufacturing Tech Solutions seeks an experienced Aveva PI Specialist to lead deployment, administration, and optimization of Aveva PI historian systems in pharmaceutical environments. You will drive data integration across MES, DeltaV, PLC, and SCADA, and mentor engineers across sites.

Ideal candidates have 6–12 years in pharma manufacturing with strong PI expertise, and hands-on work with PI Historian, PI AF, and PI Vision.

Qualifications

• 6–12 years of pharma/life sciences manufacturing experience with Aveva PI expertise.
• Hands-on experience with Aveva PI Historian, PI AF, PI Vision, and Connectors.
• Strong knowledge of MES, DeltaV, PLC/DCS integration with PI.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment, administration, and optimization of Aveva PI systems across sites.
• Develop PI AF models, PI Vision dashboards, and DataLink reports.
• Implement data integration between PI and automation platforms (OPC-UA/DA, PI to PI, RDBMS).
• Automate tasks using PowerShell, C#, or Python scripting.
• Ensure GMP/FDA/EMA/MHRA compliance and audit readiness for PI systems.
