Job description

Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for operating ERP system to input purchase orders, follow up the arrival of products, and provide logistics trends;
  2. Supplier accounts payable check, summary, and payment request;
  3. Appointment reception of applicants and employee entry procedures;
  4. Employee attendance performance accounting and daily administrative affairs handling;
  5. Enterprise asset allocation management;
  6. Assigned other work as needed.
