Qualifications

• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Proven ability to understand client needs and provide reliable education advice.
• Able to work independently and manage clients professionally.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to realistic guidance.

Responsibilities

• Consult with parents to understand needs, budgets, and goals.
• Develop personalised education plans based on student profiles.
• Recommend educational pathways including government, international, private schools, and higher education.
• Explain admission requirements, procedures, fees, and progression opportunities.
• Prepare proposals and quotations, follow up with prospects, and close deals.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver education planning services.
• Maintain client records and improve consultation processes.
