NEW ADVENTURES FITNESS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is recruiting a Personal Trainer to inspire members by delivering customized workout plans, leading group classes, and promoting personal training services in a bustling gym environment.

You will develop tailored programs, coach clients, and actively upsell training packages while maintaining a safe, clean workout space and supporting gym operations. This role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Valid personal training certification (NASM, ISSA, ACE).
• First Aid and CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop customized workout plans tailored to each client’s specific fitness needs and goals to maximize results
• Provide motivational coaching to clients to maintain engagement and achieve measurable progress
• Actively promote personal training packages to build and maintain strong client relationships and increase sales
• Lead group fitness classes such as yoga, Pilates, or HIIT to engage members and enhance their fitness experience
• Participate in fitness events and roadshows to promote the gym brand and attract new members
• Maintain a clean and safe gym environment by assisting with daily upkeep and safety checks
• Perform administrative tasks and special projects as assigned to support gym operations and team goals
