Qualifications

• Recognised certification in personal training.
• Knowledge of proper exercise techniques and strength training principles.
• Excellent customer service skills, essential for building long-term client relationships.
• Ability to provide clear and concise instructions, ensuring clients understand and follow exercise guidelines.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to identify and address maintenance issues.

Responsibilities

• Encourage clients to adopt the right technique for exercises based on the training methodology.
• Demonstrate the right techniques to execute various exercises when necessary.
• Protect the safety and well-being of each client while providing the best service possible.
• Explain and enforce Safety Rules and Regulations in the Company as part of the industry preventive standards of safe COVID measures.
• Clean, oil and sanitize the equipment thoroughly to maintain their usability and safety.
• Able to operate and adjust machines correctly and render first aid when required.
• Report maintenance issues and submit reports for damaged equipment.
• Assist Supervisors with appointment bookings and administrative duties as assigned.
• Complete the list of errands on time as assigned.
