Job summary

Homeground Gym Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a passionate Personal Trainer to join our team. You’ll deliver personalized 1-1 training sessions at Cheng San Community Centre and help build a vibrant gym community using Trainerize and Glofox.

Qualifications

• Recognized fitness certification (e.g., FISAF, ACE, NASM) required.
• CPR and first aid certification preferred.
• Proven experience as a personal trainer, ideally with female clients.
• Strong interpersonal skills to connect with young working adults and build a community vibe.
• Familiarity with fitness apps Trainerize and Glofox is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver 1-1 personal training sessions using Trainerize for workout plans and progress tracking.
• Close prospective clients through consults and retain clients with great service and professionalism.
• Maintain a clean, safe and comfortable training environment for all clients.
• Engage with members to build relationships and drive retention.
• Collaborate with the team to support events and community partnerships (e.g., local cafes, schools).

Role Overview: We’re seeking a passionate Personal Trainer to join our team and inspire our members. You’ll deliver personalized training, and contribute to our vibrant community, using tools like Trainerize and Glofox to enhance client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
