Job Summary

Join Peak Performers Co. as a Growth-Minded Personal Trainer to deliver elite, transformation-focused coaching for high-achieving professionals. You will contribute to client performance and wellbeing through integrated training, nutrition, and mindset strategies while advancing your career in a high-performance environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalised fitness coaching that integrates training, nutrition, injury rehabilitation, and biohacking tools to achieve measurable client transformation outcomes
• Develop and implement client-specific transformation pathways that address physical performance, mindset, and lifestyle optimisation
• Apply client psychology and retention strategies to maintain long-term engagement and maximise client success
• Travel across multiple branches and client homes to provide flexible, high-touch coaching services
• Communicate proactively with clients to motivate, educate, and adjust coaching plans based on progress and feedback
• Collaborate with the Peak Performers team to continuously improve coaching systems and client experience
• Participate actively in mentorship programs to develop skills for managing high-ticket clients and leading coaching initiatives
• Uphold professional standards and accountability in all client interactions and coaching delivery

Required competencies and certifications

• Personal Trainer Certification
• Local Polytechnic Diploma

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• CPR + AED Certification
• Experience coaching or training individuals in fitness or related health domains
• Background or coursework in sports science, physiotherapy, nutrition, mindset coaching, injury rehabilitation, or biohacking
• Ability to operate a car or motorbike for client visits
