Job summary

Wecruit Pte Ltd is seeking a healthcare support professional to coordinate personalized wellness plans and provide ongoing health support for designated individuals while traveling.

The role involves routine glucose and blood pressure checks, lifestyle and dietary monitoring, and practical medical assistance within the scope of your professional training. You will document health changes and relay concerns to clinicians as travel needs arise.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate personalized wellness plans and provide ongoing support for health and well-being of designated individuals.
• Conduct regular blood glucose and blood pressure checks per care protocols and healthcare plan.
• Assist with lifestyle management, dietary monitoring, and daily wellness activities based on individual needs.
• Provide appropriate medical assistance and physical care during travel within professional training and authorization.
• Observe and document changes in health status, and promptly communicate concerns to healthcare professionals.
• Coordinate healthcare arrangements and monitoring requirements to maintain consistent support during travel.
