Job summary

SALOHealth Management in Singapore seeks a compassionate Caregiver / Healthcare Assistant to support clients with daily care needs.

The role involves assisting with activities of daily living, safe transfers, mobility support, companionship, and clear communication with families and supervising nurses. You will maintain a clean, safe environment and cooperate with the care team to uphold the client’s dignity and independence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years’ working experience as a caregiver or healthcare assistant.
• Competent in safe patient transfers and mobility assistance.
• Reliable, patient, compassionate and responsible.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Certification in caregiving preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding).

Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Caregiver / Healthcare Assistant with at least three years of caregiving experience to support clients with their daily care needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and feeding.

• Perform safe transfers, including between beds, wheelchairs and chairs, using appropriate techniques and equipment.

• Assist with mobility, walking and repositioning.

• Provide companionship and support the client’s comfort, dignity and independence.

• Observe and report changes in the client’s condition to the family or supervising nurse.

• Maintain a clean and safe care environment.

• Work cooperatively with the client’s family, domestic helper and care team.

• Maintain accurate daily care records and provide clear handovers.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years’ working experience as a caregiver or healthcare assistant.

• Competent in safe patient transfers and mobility assistance.

• A positive working attitude, with patience, compassion and a strong sense of responsibility.

• Reliable, attentive and willing to follow care instructions.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Relevant caregiving or healthcare assistant certification preferred.
