Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated personal driver to provide reliable transportation for members and guests. The role includes punctual deliveries of documents and items, route planning, and maintaining vehicle cleanliness and safety.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of driving experience, a valid Singapore driving licence, good navigation knowledge, and a professional, service-oriented demeanor. Overtime is paid, and occasional Malaysia travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of safe and relevant driving experience.
• Previous experience as a company driver, executive driver, personal chauffeur or despatch driver will be an advantage.
• Valid Singapore driving licence with a good driving record.
• Good knowledge of Singapore roads and navigation.
• Responsible, punctual and service-oriented, with a professional and personable manner.
• Flexible and able to accommodate different passenger schedules and operational requirements.
• Willing to work overtime, with overtime payment provided.
• Willing to drive to Malaysia when required (not frequent)

• Manage pick-ups and drop-offs professionally, attending to passengers' needs where required.
• Perform despatch duties, including the collection and delivery of documents, parcels and other items.
• Plan routes efficiently to ensure timely transportation and deliveries.
• Maintain the vehicle's cleanliness, hygiene and overall condition.
• Coordinate regular vehicle servicing, maintenance and repairs as required.
• Monitor vehicle condition and promptly report any maintenance or safety concerns.
• Undertake other driving, despatch and operational support duties as assigned.
