Job summary

JointHire Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a professional chauffeur in Singapore to provide daily chauffeuring services for the General Manager and family, and ad-hoc transport for office visitors and partners. You will also handle gifts, documents, vehicle upkeep, and assist with fuel, maintenance, and related administrative tasks.

The role requires a valid Class 3 & 2B license with a clean traffic record, 3+ years of relevant experience, and a courteous, discreet, punctual attitude.

Qualifications

• Secondary education; 3 years of relevant chauffeuring experience preferred.
• Valid Class 3 & 2B driving licenses with clean traffic record (5+ years).
• Proficient with GPS/navigation apps.
• Own transport to reach GM's accommodation preferred.
• High integrity, discretion, patience, reliability and good manners.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily chauffeuring services for GM and family.
• Handle ad-hoc chauffeuring for office visitors and partners.
• Deliver and collect gifts and documents; manage vehicle cleanliness.
• Refuel, manage cash card top-up, and arrange vehicle services/maintenance.
• Handle vehicle registrations, road tax, insurance, and incident documentation.
• Run errands and complete ad-hoc management tasks as assigned.

Job Description

• Provide daily chauffeuring services to General Manager and family
• Provide ad-hoc chauffeuring services for office visitors, business partners, associates etc.
• Distributing / delivering / collecting of office’ and guests’ gifts and documents
• Upkeep the cleanliness of the vehicle
• In charge of re-fueling petrol, cash card top-up, sending vehicle for service and maintenance
• Attend to documentation, procedure of vehicle related registration, renewal of road tax, insurance, traffic offences and accidents etc.
• Run errands and attend to any ad-hoc assignments given by Management and Office. Examples: collecting or sending documents or parcels such as cheques, letters

Job Requirements

• Secondary education with 3 years of relevant experience is preferred
• Valid Class 3 & 2B driving license with 5 years of excellent traffic record
• Proficient in using GPS/ navigation application
• Possess own transport i.e. motorbike or car to travel to GM's accommodation is preferred
• High integrity, discretion, patience, politeness, reliability, punctuality and good working ethics
• Pleasant disposition with strong communication skills

Compensation

• Work location: Central/South West, Singapore
• Working hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:30am (To be ready and pick up GM at 7:30am)
• To work overtime after office hour or Saturday, when required: Overtime pay is provided
