Job summary

DAI-DAN CO., LTD. in Singapore is seeking a reliable chauffeur to provide daily transport for the General Manager and family, and ad-hoc chauffeuring for office visitors.

The ideal candidate has a Class 3 & 2B license, at least 5 years of driving with an excellent record, and is proficient with GPS/navigation. You will keep the vehicle clean, manage refueling and maintenance, and assist with document deliveries and errands for Management.

Qualifications

• Secondary education completed.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant chauffeuring experience.
• Valid Class 3 & 2B driving licenses with clean traffic record.
• Proficient with GPS/navigation apps.
• Must own transport (motorbike or car).
• Demonstrates integrity, discretion, patience and reliability.
• Good communication and pleasant disposition.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily chauffeuring to General Manager and family.
• Handle ad-hoc chauffeuring for office visitors and partners.
• Deliver or collect gifts and documents for office and guests.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and basic servicing coordination.
• Manage refueling, fuel cards, and vehicle servicing bookings.
• Handle vehicle registrations, road tax, insurance, traffic offences and accidents.
• Run errands and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily chauffeuring services to General Manager and family.
• Provide ad-hoc chauffeuring services for office visitors, business partners, associates etc
• Distributing / delivering / collecting of office’ and guests’ gifts and documents.
• Upkeep the cleanliness of the vehicle
• In charge of re-fueling petrol, cash card top-up, sending vehicle for service and maintenance
• Attend to documentation, procedure of vehicle related registration, renewal of road tax, insurance, traffic offences and accidents etc
• Run errands and attend to any ad-hoc assignments given by Management and Office. Examples: collecting or sending documents or parcels such as cheques, letters.

Requirements

• Singaporeans only
• Secondary education with 3 years of relevant experience
• Valid Class 3 & 2B driving licence with 5 years of excellent traffic record
• Proficient in using GPS/ navigation application
• Possess own transport i.e. motorbike or car
• High integrity, discretion, patience, politeness, reliability, punctuality and good working ethics
• Pleasant disposition with strong communication skills
