Job summary

GOOD JOB CREATIONS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a professional driver to support senior management with chauffeuring, ensuring safety, punctuality, and discretion.

You will transport executives and visitors to appointments, plan efficient routes, and maintain vehicle condition in a professional manner. The role requires strong knowledge of Singapore roads, proficient GPS usage, and the ability to work beyond regular hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of personal driver experience.
• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence with a clean driving record.
• Familiar with Singapore roads and able to use GPS navigation systems effectively.
• Proficiency in English for communicating with English-speaking management, visitors, and stakeholders.
• Ability to work beyond regular working hours when required.

Responsibilities

• Provide chauffeuring services for senior management and authorised visitors.
• Transport passengers to appointments and destinations safely, courteously, and punctually.
• Plan efficient travel routes based on traffic and weather conditions.
• Operate assigned vehicles in compliance with road safety regulations.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure the vehicle remains in excellent operating condition.
• Coordinate vehicle servicing, inspections, road tax renewals, and other maintenance requirements.
• Refuel vehicles and monitor overall vehicle readiness.
• Manage vehicle-related administrative duties, including expense claims, cash card statements, and submission of fuel receipts.
• Uphold professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion while performing driving duties.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
