Job summary

Straco Leisure Pte Ltd seeks a professional Personal Driver in Singapore to provide discreet, reliable transportation while supporting administrative tasks and maintaining privacy.

You will keep the vehicle in excellent condition, plan routes, run errands, and perform admin duties in accordance with company policies; overtime and holiday pay will follow MOM regulations.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license with a clean driving and safety record.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a personal driver is required.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore roads, traffic patterns and alternative routes.
• High integrity, reliability and punctuality are essential.
• Excellent communication skills and service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Take charge of overall vehicle care and maintenance to keep vehicles in excellent condition.
• Provide ad-hoc support for errands and basic administrative and delivery tasks.
• Carry out administration duties in line with internal policies and procedures.
• Work extended hours, weekends or public holidays when required; overtime and holiday pay per MOM regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

OVERALL JOB PURPOSE

Provide professional, discreet and reliable transportation services as a Personal Driver and support personal and administrative tasks as directed, thereby upholding the highest standards of privacy and confidentiality at all times.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Take charge of overall vehicle care and maintenance which include always maintaining vehicles in care in excellent condition, overseeing regular servicing, cleaning and inspections and monitoring and managing fuel, ERP and parking needs.

• Provide ad-hoc support in errands such as basic administrative and delivery tasks, including document handling.

• Carry out all administration duties in full compliance with internal policies and procedures.

• Possess the flexibility to work extended hours, weekends or public holidays where required. Overtime and holiday pay will be provided in accordance with MOM regulations.

• Perform any other duties assigned by Management.

QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

• Singaporeans and Singapore Permanent Residents are welcome to apply.

• Possess Singapore Class 3 driving license with clean driving and safety records.
