Job description

Position Overview

The Personal Driver is to safely and efficiently transport the family to various destinations, including business meetings, personal appointments, and social events.

The Role

• Plan and optimize routes to ensure timely arrivals and departures, considering traffic
  conditions and potential roadblocks

• Maintain the vehicle in good condition, including regular cleaning, fuelling, and
  scheduled maintenance

• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving, ensuring the safety of all passengers and other road users

• Maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding the family's personal and professional affairs, conversation to be discreet and as required

• Manage time effectively to accommodate the schedule and any changes or last-minute requests

• Communicate effectively with the family, ensuring clear understanding of pick-up and drop-off locations and any special instructions

Talent Profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a professional driver, preferably with experience
  chauffeuring high-level executives or VIPs and ability to handle luxury cars

• Valid Class 3 driving license with a clean driving record

• Strong knowledge of route planning and familiarity with Singapore roads and traffic patterns

• Basic vehicle maintenance skills, including regular checks and minor repairs

• Excellent time management and organizational skills

• Ability to adapt to changes in schedule and handle last-minute requests

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
