We are seeking a highly capable and resourceful Personal Assistant to support a High-Net-Worth Individual (HNWI) family. This is a hands-on, wide-ranging role that combines travel support, household management, and administrative coordination.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, discreet, and adaptable, with the ability to manage complex schedules, anticipate needs, and provide attentive support across both domestic and international settings. From time to time, this may include offering practical assistance to elderly family members.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives under pressure, and takes pride in ensuring life runs seamlessly, whether at home or abroad.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate international and domestic travel logistics seamlessly
  • Travel alongside the family as required, providing on-the-ground support
  • Manage household and administrative tasks with discretion and precision
  • Oversee calendars, appointments, and cross-time zone communications
  • Anticipate needs and resolve challenges before they arise
Requirements:
  • Strong organizational and logistical instincts
  • Excellent judgment, confidentiality, and common sense
  • High degree of flexibility, including the ability to travel at short notice
  • Professionalism, adaptability, and resilience in dynamic environments
  • Must be comfortable working with the elderly
