Job description

The PC Technician role involves assembling, cleaning, upgrading, and repairing computer systems, providing excellent customer service, and delivering quality workmanship. Salary : $2600+ basic pay with travel allowance provided

Responsibilities

• Assembling computer systems: The PC Technician will be responsible for assembling new computer systems, including installing hardware and software, configuring settings, and ensuring that systems are functioning optimally.
• Cleaning computer systems: The PC Technician will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining computer systems to ensure that they are running smoothly.
• Upgrading computer systems: The PC Technician will be responsible for upgrading computer systems, including replacing old hardware with new components, updating software, and ensuring that systems are optimized for performance.
• Repairing computer systems: The PC Technician may be required to repair computer systems if they are malfunctioning, including diagnosing and fixing hardware and software issues.
• Delivering excellent customer service: The PC Technician will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, including communicating effectively with clients, addressing their concerns and needs, and ensuring that they are satisfied with the service provided.
• Must be willing to travel around Singapore: The PC Technician must be willing to travel to different locations in Singapore to perform on-site installations, repairs, and upgrades.
