The Responsibilities

• Provide reliable and safe transportation for the Director to meetings, events, airports, and other personal or business-related destinations.

• Ensure the Director’s comfort, privacy, and security during all transportation.

• Maintain a flexible work schedule, including availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends, or last-minute requests as needed.

• Plan the most efficient and timely routes to destinations, accounting for traffic, weather, and other factors.

• Keep the vehicle clean, well-maintained, and in excellent working condition at all times, including regular checks and servicing.

• Handle all vehicle-related matters, including fuelling, washing, and maintenance coordination.

• Always maintain discretion and confidentiality, especially regarding sensitive or private matters discussed in the vehicle.

• Monitor and manage the Director’s schedule, ensuring transportation is timely and aligned with any changes in itinerary.

• Provide excellent customer service, maintaining a positive and professional demeanour with the Director, and other individuals as needed.

The Requirements

• Possess a valid Class 3/3A and vocational driving license.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with senior executives and other high-profile individuals.

• Ability to sit for long periods and drive for extended hours as required.

• Proven experience as a personal driver or chauffeur.

• Non-Smoker Applicants only as the Director is sensitive to smoke.
