Personal Assistant to the Director (Hybrid)
Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day calendar and provide full administrative and secretarial support of the director.
  • Prepare all business and highly confidential correspondence and organize daily business agenda.
  • Organize and maintain good filing system by ensuring all materials are securely filed on a timely and accurately.
  • Obtain approval for payment.
  • Provide professional, executive-level client liaison in a helpful and friendly manner and maintain courteous, professional and efficient service to internal and external clients.
  • Initiate and follow‑up correspondence on all routine matters.
  • Logistics supports for meetings/workshops/events.
  • Handle hotel, flight, restaurant bookings, bill payments & etc.
  • Attend networking or business events with the director.
  • Overseas travel is required occasionally.
  • Other ad‑hoc duties as assigned.
What we're looking for
  • Minimum Diploma / Degree.
