Personal Assistant to the Director (Hybrid)
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day calendar and provide full administrative and secretarial support of the director.
- Prepare all business and highly confidential correspondence and organize daily business agenda.
- Organize and maintain good filing system by ensuring all materials are securely filed on a timely and accurately.
- Obtain approval for payment.
- Provide professional, executive-level client liaison in a helpful and friendly manner and maintain courteous, professional and efficient service to internal and external clients.
- Initiate and follow‑up correspondence on all routine matters.
- Logistics supports for meetings/workshops/events.
- Handle hotel, flight, restaurant bookings, bill payments & etc.
- Attend networking or business events with the director.
- Overseas travel is required occasionally.
- Other ad‑hoc duties as assigned.
What we're looking for
- Minimum Diploma / Degree.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organisation.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office productivity tools.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently and proactively.
- Adaptable and flexible, with a willingness to take on a wide range of responsibilities.
- Exhibits strong independent thinking and decision‑making capabilities.
