About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable and resourceful Personal Assistant to support our Sales Director in day-to-day operations. This is a highly visible and trusted role, ideal for someone who is organised, discreet, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. You will be supporting strategic and operational initiatives, helping to drive sales performance and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide full administrative and secretarial support to the Sales Director, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, sales reports, and performance tracking documents.
  • Act as a liaison between the Sales Director and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and timely follow-ups.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Organise team events, sales meetings, and client engagements.
  • Support recruitment coordination and onboarding for new sales team members.

Having experience with Social Media marketing is a huge bonus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month
