A leading management firm in Singapore is looking for an Executive Assistant to manage the Director’s schedule, coordinate travel, and handle communications professionally. Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in the Management sector.
- Exceptional command of English, with proficiency in additional languages being a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Director’s daily schedule, including calendar planning, meeting coordination, and appointment setting across business and personal commitments
- Handle all communications (calls, emails, messages) with a high level of discretion and professionalism
- Arrange and coordinate travel itineraries, accommodation, and logistics for both business and personal trips
- Assist in the planning and preparation for business meetings, events, and engagements, occasionally attending when necessary
- Manage all administrative and back-office functions, including daily operations
- Provide prompt and flexible support to the Director, including assistance with ad hoc task as needed
Requirements:
- A Degree or Diploma holder with at least 1years of experience as an Executive Assistant preferably within the Management industry.
- Undergraduates are welcome to apply. However, candidates must demonstrate a high level of meticulousness in a fast pace environment as part of the assessment process
- Proven track record in managing calendars, coordinating travel, overseeing office administration, supporting marketing initiatives, and handling a broad range of administrative duties
- Exceptional command of English, both written and spoken; proficiency in additional languages is a strong advantage
- Strong multitasking abilities with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage professionally with both internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrates maturity and confidence in working and thrives in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
- Resourceful, detail-oriented, and capable of operating independently with minimal supervision, even in ambiguous situations
