Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in supporting C-suite or senior management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the Group CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and reminders.
- Handle travel arrangements such as flight bookings, accommodation, and transport logistics as required.
- Prepare, submit, and track expense claims and reimbursements for the Group CEO.
- Provide administrative support including the preparation of PowerPoint presentations, meeting materials, reports, and documents.
- Maintain proper filing systems and ensure confidential information is handled with discretion.
- Conduct basic research or assist in compiling relevant information upon request.
- Perform other ad-hoc administrative and office support duties as assigned by the Group CEO.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
