A dynamic and multifaceted opportunity for a Personal Assistant to support a founder in Singapore. In this full-time role, you will manage personal and business tasks, requiring exceptional organisation and discretion. The role includes varied responsibilities from scheduling and errands to light media support, offering high flexibility with occasional evening or weekend tasks. Ideal candidates possess strong communication skills, are tech-savvy, and enjoy a fast-paced work environment.
We are seeking a highly capable, discreet, and organised Personal Assistant to support a founder who leads multiple ventures—including real estate, consulting, and digital product businesses—while also managing a busy household and family with young children.
This is a full-time role for someone who thrives behind the scenes, takes pride in being dependable and detail-oriented, and is confident managing both business operations and personal logistics. The work is varied and dynamic—no two days will look the same—but there are core routines and responsibilities that require consistency, initiative, and care.
The right candidate will be based in Singapore, hold a Class 3/3A driver’s license, and be comfortable accompanying the founder as needed for meetings, errands, and appointments. While the role offers high flexibility, it also comes with the expectation of high responsiveness, including occasional evening or weekend tasks.
