We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive Personal Assistant to support a dynamic Financial Associate Director in managing day-to-day operations, team coordination, client servicing, and performance tracking.
This role is crucial in keeping the team running smoothly and supporting a mission-focused leader with a growing group of Financial Consultants.
Key ResponsibilitiesHandle client servicing matters
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and team coaching sessions
Assist in preparing training materials, event posters, and WhatsApp announcements
Track team performance, monitor consultant progress, and update reports on policy status and team initiatives regularly.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Prior experience in an administrative or coordinator role is preferred
Comfortable with digital tools (Google Suite, Zoom, WhatsApp, etc.)
