About the Role

We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive Personal Assistant to support a dynamic Financial Associate Director in managing day-to-day operations, team coordination, client servicing, and performance tracking.

This role is crucial in keeping the team running smoothly and supporting a mission-focused leader with a growing group of Financial Consultants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle client servicing matters

  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and team coaching sessions

  • Assist in preparing training materials, event posters, and WhatsApp announcements

  • Track team performance, monitor consultant progress, and update reports on policy status and team initiatives regularly.

Requirements
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail

  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)

  • Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities

  • Prior experience in an administrative or coordinator role is preferred

  • Comfortable with digital tools (Google Suite, Zoom, WhatsApp, etc.)
