    Job Summary of PA To Director/MD: (Official & Domestic)The Personal Assistant to the Managing Director (MD) provides high-level administrative support, ensuring the efficient operation of the MDs office. This role involves handling sensitive and confidential information, managing schedules, and facilitating communication within the organization. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks with precision.Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support: Manage the MDs calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents. Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications, ensuring timely responses and appropriate follow-up. Meeting Coordination: Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, distributing materials, and taking minutes. Ensure all necessary arrangements are made for meetings, both internal and external. Follow up on action items from meetings to ensure completion. Communication Management: Serve as the primary point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders. Draft and review communications on behalf of the MD. Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information. Travel and Event Planning: Arrange detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas for the MD. Plan and organize company events, meetings, and conferences as needed. Ensure all logistics are handled efficiently and effectively. Office Management: Maintain office organization and manage office supplies. Oversee the maintenance of office equipment and facilities. Ensure the MDs office operates smoothly and efficiently. Support to MD: Anticipate the needs of the MD and provide proactive support. Assist with personal tasks and errands as required. Perform other duties as assigned to support the MD.
