A leading company in the Asset Management industry is seeking an Executive Assistant to manage the Director's schedule and support daily operations. The role involves coordinating travel, handling communications, and providing professional assistance within a fast-paced environment. Qualifications

  • At least 1.5 years as an Executive Assistant, prefer Asset Management industry experience.
  • Exceptional command of English; additional languages are a strong advantage.
  • Detail-oriented and able to operate independently.

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Director’s daily schedule, including calendar planning, meeting coordination, and appointment setting across business and personal commitments
  • Handle all communications (calls, emails, messages) with a high level of discretion and professionalism
  • Arrange and coordinate travel itineraries, accommodation, and logistics for both business and personal trips
  • Assist in the planning and preparation for business meetings, events, and engagements, occasionally attending when necessary
  • Manage all administrative and back-office functions, including daily operations
  • Provide prompt and flexible support to the Director, including assistance with ad hoc task as needed

Requirements:

  • A Degree or Diploma holder with at least 1.5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant preferably within the Asset Management industry.
  • Proven track record in managing calendars, coordinating travel, overseeing office administration, supporting marketing initiatives, and handling a broad range of administrative duties
  • Exceptional command of English, both written and spoken; proficiency in additional languages is a strong advantage
  • Strong multitasking abilities with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage professionally with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrates maturity and confidence in working and thrives in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
  • Resourceful, detail-oriented, and capable of operating independently with minimal supervision, even in ambiguous situations
  • Upholds the highest standards of professionalism, discretion, and integrity while consistently meeting team expectations
