A leading company in financial services is seeking an experienced administrative support for the Director. The role involves providing client servicing support, managing communications, and ensuring documentation is processed efficiently. Ideal candidates will possess at least 10 years of experience, including significant exposure to financial advisory, and must demonstrate strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum a Diploma in any discipline.
  • At least 10 years of relevant working experience, including 3 years as Financial Adviser.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.

Job description

Job Scope:

· Providing servicing support to the Director’s clients

· Provide daily administrative support to the Director in his daily management of his sales team of financial advisers

· Answering and handling emails and calls, as well as making courier arrangements

· Processing documentation and ensuring that filings are in place

· Taking minutes in meetings as required from time to time

· Scheduling and arranging appointments, meetings. Conferences, events, seminars, business trips etc

· Liaising with external parties (products/services providers) such as insurers, platform providers, fund houses etc

· Liaising closely with internal stakeholders for better collaboration and communication

· Perform any other administrative tasks assigned from time to time as required

Requirements:

  • Minimum a Diploma in any discipline

  • At least 10 years of relevant working experience, including 3 years as Financial Adviser

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to multitask

  • Independent team player, and able to work under pressure

  • Possesses excellent communication skills in verbal or written form, especially in English language

  • Proficient in MS Office applications
