Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly capable and dynamic Personal Assistant (PA) to support our Director in both business and personal matters. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing the Director’s international travel schedule, day-to-day coordination, and attending high-level business meetings across multiple countries.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide full-spectrum administrative and logistical support to the Director, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
- Accompany the Director on frequent overseas business trips, handling on-site support and liaison duties
- Represent the company professionally in high-level business meetings and networking events with senior executives and corporate partners
- Assist with documentation, email correspondence, translation (Chinese-English), and preparation of meeting materials
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of business engagements
- Handle confidential matters with discretion and integrity
Requirements
- Proven experience in an executive or personal assistant role, preferably supporting C-level or director-level professionals
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – ability to connect with high-level stakeholders and build rapport across cultures
- Highly adaptable with a proactive attitude and strong sense of responsibility
- Professional appearance and good personal image; well-groomed and confident in formal business settings
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently and on short notice to various international destinations
- Flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends, based on the Director’s travel and meeting schedule
- Formal academic qualifications are not strictly required – we value attitude, capability, and presence more than paper credentials
