Personal Assistant to CEO
Working days: Monday - Friday
In-office Hours: 9am - 6pm & 6pm - 9pm standby
Salary: $3800-$4500 + AWS + Performance Bonus
Location: Bukit Batok
Job Responsibilities:
Personal Assistance
- Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate internal/external appointments and conference calls.
- Serve as the main point of contact between the CEO and stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and discretion at all times.
- Attend to personal errands and administrative tasks as required by the CEO
- Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate sound judgment in handling sensitive matters.
- Handle all travel arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, visa applications, and transportation logistics.
- Prepare and compile documents, presentations, meeting materials, and reports; ensure the Director is well-prepared for all engagements.
Office Administration
- Support in enforcing and updating office policies, procedures, and administrative systems.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the office, including maintenance of office equipment and coordination with service vendors.
- Assist in planning and executing company events, meetings, and celebrations.
Industry-Specific Support (Construction)
- Liaise with project teams and site personnel on behalf of the CEO when required.
- Track construction project updates, deadlines, and key milestones to support the CEO's awareness and decision-making.
- Preferably have prior experience in the construction or related industries to understand industry terminology and workflows.
Job Requirements:
- Prefer with some experience working in the construction industry
- Class 3 driving license
- Willing to travel overseas when required - with fully reimbursed travelling opportunities for work
