Job Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for the Director.

  • Assist the Director with ongoing projects and tasks, providing research and proposal.

  • Provide event management support by researching and proposing creative event ideas, securing suitable venues, and coordinating logistics.

  • Manage technical and administrative aspects of office operations, including coordinating with suppliers for air conditioning and building maintenance, managing email accounts, and setting up duty phones

  • Manage front desk operations by handling incoming calls, greeting visitors, and ensuring the smooth reception of deliveries and VIP guests.

  • Prioritize tasks and manage deadlines effectively.

  • Maintain clear and concise communication channels with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Director.

Job requirements:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and diplomatic skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems effectively.

  • Discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality.
