Personal Assistant (Sales Support)
Job description
Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate new business prospects and establish new client relationships.
- Email and WhatsApp to reach out to potential clients.
- Organize and attend sales meetings together with the Director.
- Present to clients to introduce company profiles and services.
- Prepare proposals and quotations for clients.
- Respond to incoming email, WhatsApp, and phone enquiries.
- Work closely and collaboratively with the accounts team to ensure clients’ needs are met.
- Attend industry events, conferences, or seminars to network and advocate for the company's services.
Requirements:
- Any qualification welcome.
- Preferred accounting and/or sales experience.
- Independent with good negotiation skills.
- Able to hold discussions with clients.
- Able to travel to clients' offices.
