Job Summary:

We are seeking a polished and service-oriented Personal Assistant to support a high-profile family in managing their global lifestyle and assets. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-focused, and possess a high level of discretion and professionalism. You will be responsible for planning and executing luxury private events, coordinating international logistics, and managing the family’s wealth and assets. This role requires someone who is familiar with luxury environments, and who can deliver impeccable service while anticipating the family’s needs and ensuring seamless household operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in personal and professional scheduling, managing appointments, and ensuring efficient time management for the family members.
  • Manage logistics and documentation for their assets and estates.
  • Ensure seamless integration of services (property maintenance, security arrangements, asset utilisation).
  • Organise high-end events such as private dinners, social gatherings, and exclusive entertainment experiences.
  • Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.

Requirements:

  • 7-12 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role, ideally within a family office or luxury service environment.
  • Prior experience working with Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) individuals is highly advantageous.
  • An understanding of luxury service standards and etiquette, tailored to managing High Net Worth clients’ needs and preferences.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and handle complex schedules across multiple time zones.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with external vendors and service providers.
